MPT500: Clarification Regarding Get Quorum Candidate Application Reminder
Please disregard the reminder email from Get Quorum received today regarding the October 8 deadline for submitting Board candidate application forms. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. The original Get Quorum email was sent on October 6. Unfortunately, due to the volume of communications being processed, the reminder was delayed in the system and was not delivered to owners until today.
Please note that the established deadlines have not changed:
- Candidate Application Form: October 8, 2026
- Candidate Information Sheet: October 13, 2026
The Association remains in full compliance with the applicable notice requirements under Florida law and the governing documents. The initial notice including the meeting package was mailed at least 60 days in advance of the Annual Meeting and Elections; an advance email was also distributed by the Management Office to the memebership, and a copy of the notice was posted in the mailroom. Get Quorum was engaged after the initial notice had already been distributed.
Management has contacted Get Quorum to address this matter. To prevent further confusion, no additional reminder emails will be sent, as these were intended solely as a courtesy.
We are pleased to report that one candidate has already successfully completed and submitted both the candidate application and information sheet electronically through Get Quorum, demonstrating that the new system is working as intended.
