Dear Neighbors,
I don’t want to nitpick. But, when management continues to be less than transparent, I have to speak up.
The email we just received contains in bold letters, “Get Quorum was engaged after the initial notice had already been distributed.”
Let’s get the record straight. Without going into whether or not the actual mailing took place at least 60 days earlier, the fact is that the First Notice was received by us days after the September Board Meeting, when without any prior discussion, and without specifically including it in its Agenda, the Board voted to switch from Election Buddy to Get Quorum.
Management and Board knew that the First Notice contained inaccurate information, yet nothing was mentioned about that during the meeting, or after, until we questioned the whole process.
