Subject: Clarification Regarding the Budget Workshop Notice
Good day,
Thank you for bringing the typographical error to our attention, and please accept our apologies for the oversight.
The Finance Committee is holding its second budget workshop to continue working on the proposed 2027 budget. The meeting notice was posted at least 48 hours in advance, and the agenda item is accurate.
As this is a Finance Committee workshop and not a Board meeting, there is no Zoom link provided. However, unit owners are welcome to attend in person.
The Board meeting tentatively scheduled for October 20 will include an agenda item for the Board to approve the budget meeting notice which includes the proposed budget meeting package for distribution to the community (FS requires 14 days advance notice).
The formal budget meeting is scheduled for November 17.
Once again, we apologize for the typographical error and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
