Thank you for your email. I would like to clarify the timing and process regarding the online voting provider and the First Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of Directors.
The First Notice was prepared and mailed prior to the September 22, 2026 board meeting, at which the Board voted to approve the use of GetQuorum as the Association’s online voting provider. Therefore, the First Notice reflected the voting provider identified at the time the notice was prepared and distributed.
Once GetQuorum has been fully set up and the election platform is ready, GetQuorum and Management will send a communication to the membership advising owners of the change and providing the appropriate instructions for electronic voting.
Regarding electronic voting consent, owners who have already provided consent will not be required to submit a new consent form. The GetQuorum system will update the applicable consent information accordingly.
With respect to the additional questions referenced in your P.S., I respectfully ask that we avoid repeatedly revisiting questions that have already been addressed or for which the Association’s records are available to the membership.
As required by Florida Statutes, Association records and information available for owner review are maintained and made available through the Association’s established records-access process, including the Association website where applicable. Please carefully review the information already provided and available on the Association website. If, after doing so, you have a specific question that has not been answered, please identify the particular document, transaction, contract, or information in question so that Management can address the specific inquiry.
This will help ensure that questions are answered accurately and efficiently rather than repeatedly providing the same general information.
