September 28, 2026 — Questions Regarding Change in Online Voting Provider

Ms. Wright,

The First Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of Directors we received after last Tuesday’s Board Meeting states that the Association “will be using Election Buddy, Inc. (online voting website) to operate online voting for this election.”

That was in the First Notice despite the Board’s decision to use Get Quorum instead of Election Buddy.

We would appreciate clarification on the following:

  • Why does the First Notice we received identify Election Buddy as the voting provider when the Board decided to use a different provider?
  • Please explain why the September 22nd Board Meeting Agenda did not identify Get Quorum or indicate that a change in the online voting provider would be considered.
  • When will owners be notified that the voting provider identified in the First Notice has been changed?
  • Will owners who have already consented to electronic voting need to submit a new consent, or will their existing consent be recognized by Get Quorum?
  • Election Buddy’s website offers professional-service options specifically designed to reduce the administrative work required of Management, the stated reason for the change, such as their $599 Expert Setup service. Was that considered?
  • What unique features does Get Quorum give us for the extra cost?

More transparency coming from the Board and Management would help make Mystic Tower 500 a wonderful place to live.

Thank you.

P.S. We would also appreciate answers to questions previously submitted but remain unanswered. Among them are reasons for contracts not posted under Contracts on BuildingLink, the substantial difference between the amounts paid to Kmedia/Techno IP and the amounts reflected in the contracts posted, an explanation for the incorrect information previously provided concerning which GL code we used for payments involving SIRS projects after January 1, 2025.
